Deckiajuli BOPSM Second Flush is an Assam CTC tea made during the prized summer harvest, when the leaves develop their strength and character. The BOPSM grade consists of neat, small granules that infuse quickly, producing a deep coppery liquor with brightness and colour. Each cup opens with a warm malty aroma, followed by a bold, brisk taste and a smooth caramel-like sweetness. Its full body stands up to milk and sugar, making it ideal for traditional Indian chai as well as a strong morning brew. The lively finish feels clean, satisfying, and lingering without becoming harsh when brewed correctly. For the best cup, use one teaspoon per 200 ml of freshly boiled water and steep for three to four minutes. Add milk and sweetener according to preference. It is an excellent choice for anyone who prefers a strong and satisfying everyday cup.

BOPSM refers to a small broken-leaf grade produced through the Crush, Tear, and Curl method. Its neat, compact granules release flavour and colour quickly during brewing. This makes the tea suitable for strong milk tea and traditional Indian chai, delivering dependable strength, rich colour, briskness, and a full-bodied character in every cup.

Add one teaspoon of tea to approximately 200 ml of freshly boiled water. Brew it for three to four minutes, depending on the strength you prefer, and then strain. Add warm milk and sugar if desired. Avoid over-brewing because excessive steeping can make the liquor bitter and overpower its natural maltiness and caramel-like sweetness.
