It starts, simply, with tasting. One bush, many teas – and this is where that stops being surprising and starts making sense.

We trace tea from its origins – the world's major regions, India's place on that map, Darjeeling to Sikkim – through to how one leaf becomes white, green, oolong, or black tea. Then, side by side, you taste your way through it: naming appearance, aroma, and flavour until a first flush and second flush are unmistakable by sight and touch alone – the floral lift of one against the fruitier, rounder body of the other.

You leave with a notes card to revisit it all, and an open invitation to wander our Tea Experience Centre, where 300+ varieties await your newly built vocabulary.
